My approach
This is not about performing. It is not about becoming impressive. It is about building a steady, honest, and grounded relationship with your own knowing and with Spirit.
I teach this the way I wish I had been taught. With discernment. With care. With time and space for what is true to settle.
I will also gently push you out of your comfort zone. There is a moment in every student’s development where they think they are not ready, and the only way through is to begin. I will know when that moment is for you, and I will hold you through it kindly.
The pace of this work is student-led and Spirit-led. Some weeks the teaching moves fast because that is what Spirit asks for and what you are ready to receive. Other weeks we slow down. I follow what is true for each person and each moment, rather than forcing one rhythm onto everyone.
My job is not to make you depend on me. My job is to teach you to trust yourself.

Frequently asked
Do I need any prior experience?
No. This course is built for beginners and for people who have done some work elsewhere but want a proper foundation. What matters is that you are willing to engage honestly.
Is this course live or self-paced?
Self-paced. You can enrol at any time and move through the modules at your own rhythm. The original cohort was taught live, and those Q&A sessions are included as replays. Alongside the self-paced content, you have four live group calls with me in your first four months, held monthly on Saturdays.
What if I am in a different timezone and cannot attend the live calls?
The calls are held on Saturdays from Scotland, which works for some timezones better than others. If you cannot attend live, you can submit your questions in advance and I will answer them on the call. Every call is recorded and the replay is available to you afterward. You will not miss anything by not being there live.
Will I be doing readings on other people?
Not in this course. This is the foundation. We focus on your own development first. Practising on others is a later stage of the work, once your discernment, boundaries, and grounding are steady.
What if I am sensitive and worried this will be overwhelming?
This course is built with sensitive people in mind. We work slowly. Grounding and nervous system support are woven through the structure from the very first module.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access to all course materials. The four live group calls are included in your first four months from the date you enrol.
Can I get a refund?
